Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 0.5 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches are possible in the warned area throughout the day. A Flood Warning means that flooding is imminent or occurring. All interested parties should take necessary precautions immediately.
