On May 29, 2024, the suspect pictured to the right stole an e-scooter from the South Campus Commons 3.

On September 11, 2024, at approximately 11:31 a.m., the suspect pictured above stole an e-scooter from the Atlantic Building. The suspect was last seen traveling west on University Boulevard, away from campus.

On September 6, 2024, at approximately 4:12 p.m., the suspect pictured above was seen on camera walking with an e-scooter from McKeldin Mall to the Atlantic Building. The suspect then took an e-scooter from the Physical Sciences Complex. The suspect headed towards old town and was seen by police. The suspect left the e-scooters behind and was last seen running towards the fence line between the Paint Branch Building and the Metro. Both e-scooters were recovered by police.

On August 17, 2024, at approximately 8:03 p.m., the suspects pictured above stole an e-scooter from the College Park Fire Station building. The suspects were last seen traveling north on Baltimore Avenue.

30-year-old male, from Hyattsville, Maryland
The individual pictured to the right has been charged in connection with two separate cases of e-scooter theft.
• 2024-166724 - Theft of an e-scooter that occurred on October 5, 2024, from Yahentamitsi Dining Hall.
• 2023-68464 - Theft of an e-scooter that occurred on August 3, 2023, from Varsity Sports Team House.
This individual is also connected to seven other cases of e-scooter theft. More information will be shared when it becomes available on the additional cases.
33-year-old male, from College Park, Maryland
The individual pictured to the right has been charged in connection with a theft of an e-scooter that occurred on September 17, 2024, from parking lot GG2.
23-year-old male, from Hyattsville, Maryland
The individual pictured to the right has been charged in connection with four separate cases of e-scooter theft.

• 2024-164173 – Theft of an e-scooter that occurred on October 1, 2024, form the Clarice Smith Performing Arts Center.
• 2024-16368 – Theft of an e-scooter that occurred on October 1, 2024, from Harford Hall.
• 2024-159720 – Theft of an e-scooter that occurred on September 27, 2024, from Denton Dining Hall.
