College Park, MD – On August 26, 2026, at approximately 8:19 p.m., UMPD received a call about a man who just exposed himself in the area of Norwich Road. Officers responded and located the suspect in the 4500 block of College Avenue. After further investigation, the suspect, 34-year-old Andre Aaron Moore of Washington, D.C., was taken into custody in connection with this incident and charged accordingly.
There are four victims and they are all UMD students.
Andre Aaron Moore was charged with four counts of Indecent Exposure.
