Man Charged in Connection with Voyeur Incident

College Park, MD – On March 11, 2025, at approximately 10:35 p.m., the University of Maryland Police Department (UMPD) responded to Johnson-Whittle Hall for a voyeur incident.
A resident reported to police that at approximately 9:10 p.m., on March 11, 2025, she found a portable recording device inside a single-use bathroom. Officers conducted a canvass and did not locate any additional electronic devices in the bathrooms within the building. The device was collected by UMPD, Criminal Investigations Unit.
On March 14, 2025, UMPD detectives applied for and received an arrest warrant for Noah White. He was charged with the following:
CR 3-901 (c) Peeping Tom
CR 3-902 (c) Visual Surveillance Private Place – Prurient Intent
CR 3-902 (c)(2) Visual Surveillance – Private Area
On March 18, 2025, Noah White turned himself in to the Department of Corrections in Upper Marlboro, Maryland.
