                  Arrest Warrant Issued in 4th Degree Sex Offense (Unlawful Touching) and Indecent Exposure Cases

                                                                                                           24 year-old-man 

College Park, MD – On March 30, at approximately 5:10 p.m., Marquise Tranell Mahoney came to the University of Maryland Police Department and turned himself in to police. He was taken to the Department of Corrections for processing.

College Park, MD – The suspect in the 4th Degree Sex Offense (Unlawful Touching) and Indecent Exposure Cases has been identified. On March 29, our Detective applied for and received an arrest warrant for Marquise Tranell Mahoney. He was charged with the following:

One Count of CR 3-308 ((b)(1)) Sex Off 4th Deg-Sex Contact

One Count of CR 3-203 Assault – Sec Degree

One Count of ED 26-101 ((b)) Schl Molest Etc Other Loc

Two Counts of CR 11-107 Indecent Exposure

On March 28, at approximately 9:53 a.m., officers responded to the 3400 block of Tulane Drive for a suspicious person. Officers met with the reporting person, who then informed them of where the person went. Officers located the male and based upon the investigation, it was determined that he was connected to the cases listed above.
